Shipping starts after approval
RNS says approved applications are placed in a printing queue. Printing and packaging typically take 7 to 14 business days, then RNS sends an email once the card has shipped with a tracking number.
That means the shipping clock does not start when you pay. It starts only after application review, government approval, printing, and packaging.

Shipping times vary depending on destination country, courier availability, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
If tracking has not arrived
First check spam and junk folders. RNS FAQ specifically tells users to check spam or junk if an email was expected.
Then log in to your RNS account and confirm your application stage. If the card is still in review or printing, there may not be a tracking number yet.
If tracking stalls
Carrier delays can happen after RNS ships the card. Before requesting reprint or reship, collect:
- tracking number
- carrier status screenshot
- last scan date
- destination country
- shipping address used in RNS
- any customs or delivery notices
If the card is lost, RNS FAQ says replacement through Apply for Reprint/ Reship costs $49.
Bottom line
