Where to check status
RNS FAQ says applicants can log in at the RNS app login page to get the latest status updates on an application. Use the official RNS portal, not social media messages or lookalike domains.
Important limit: this site cannot access your RNS account, application status, payment record, ID files, tracking number, or support thread. We are an independent affiliate site, not RNS support.
Application stages to understand
The RNS application process describes several stages:
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Profile confirmation | Your details should match your legal documents |
| Identity validation | Document scan, document matching, and face-match verification |
| Initial screening | KYC/AML, criminal background, sanctions, and error review |
| Government review | Palau government final approval |
| Printing queue | Approved applications wait for card printing and packaging |
| Shipment | RNS says tracking is sent after shipment |
If you are waiting, first identify which stage you are actually in. A payment confirmation is not the same as government approval, and approval is not the same as shipment.
What to prepare before contacting support
Prepare:
- the email address used for RNS
- your application or order reference if visible
- current application stage shown in the portal
- date of payment
- date of approval email, if any
- shipping country
- exact error message or rejection reason
Do not send identity documents to anyone claiming to help outside the official portal or official support flow.
Common reasons to check support
You may need support if your profile data does not match your document, your photo upload fails, review exceeds the published range, tracking has not arrived after shipment, or your card is lost and you need reprint or reship.
For specific fixes, read Palau ID photo rejected, shipping and tracking, and renewal, reprint, and reship.
Bottom line
Use RNS for account-specific support. Use this site to understand the process and prepare better questions before you contact them.
