Who can apply

RNS FAQ says the program is currently available to global citizens except people from North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, and Sudan. RNS also says shipping is worldwide except to those same locations.

Eligibility can change, and sanctions screening is part of the review. If your citizenship, residence, or shipping country is complicated, check the RNS portal and support docs before paying.

Accepted documents

RNS FAQ says applicants can use official government documents such as ID cards, passports, driving licenses, and resident permits. It also says the provided ID must have at least one month of validity before expiration.

The application process requires your Palau ID profile details to exactly match the legal documents you submit. Small mismatches can slow or derail verification.

Identity verification

During application, RNS says you scan and match your documents and use your device camera for face-match verification. The review stage also includes KYC/AML compliance, criminal background and sanctions checks, and review for errors.

This is not a no-KYC product. It is a KYC product that issues a second ID if you pass review.

Photo and application quality

RNS FAQ warns applicants to provide clear photos and not upload scanned documents for verification. If the photo ID is rejected, you may need to log in and upload a compliant image.

Before applying, prepare a valid government ID, a camera-enabled device, exact profile information, and a shipping address that can receive the card.
