Can you use Palau ID on Bybit?

Maybe, but acceptance varies. RNS says the Palau ID is a legal proof of identity and that only the physical copy can be used for KYC. Bybit's own documentation describes identity verification levels that can include proof of identity, identity assessment, proof of address, and enhanced due diligence.

That means the Palau ID may help only if Bybit accepts the document for your account, region, nationality, product, and verification level.

Bybit checks more than the ID

Bybit asks users to select their current country of residence during verification. Its FAQ also says restrictions are determined based on nationality. For higher levels, Bybit can require proof of address and enhanced due diligence.

That is why a Palau-issued ID should not be treated as a universal Bybit unlock. Identity, residence, nationality, product access, proof of address, and source-of-funds checks can all matter.

Use the physical card

RNS says only the physical copy of your ID can be used for KYC. Bybit's FAQ also distinguishes physical identity documents from e-copies or scanned images.

If your Bybit plan depends on the Palau ID, wait for the shipped card and avoid screenshots, portal images, or downloaded files.
