No. Palau digital residency is not a citizenship path. RNS says digital residency does not support pathways to citizenship or future Palau passports, and that only Palauans may hold citizenship under Palau's Constitution.
That means the RNS.ID Palau digital residency should not be confused with citizenship by investment, naturalization, permanent residence, or a second-passport program.
